HOUSE RULES CHALET ALPINELUX

1. Use of the Chalet: The chalet is for holiday purposes only and may not be used for commercial or illegal activities. The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time, and guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

 

2. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet. Enjoy your cigar or cigarette only on the balcony or in the garden. Please use the provided ashtrays. Be considerate of other guests and ensure that smoke does not enter the chalet. Failure to comply with the smoking policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

 

3. Fire & Safety: Due to the dry environment, please handle fire, cigarettes, and charcoal responsibly in the outdoor area. There is a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket at the house.

Ensure the grill fire is always extinguished when unattended.

 

4. Pets are not allowed in Chalet Alpin Lux.

 

5. Noise: Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and avoid excessive noise late at night to not disturb the neighbors.

 

6. Waste Disposal: Dispose of your waste in the designated containers and separate recyclables accordingly.

 

7. Cleanliness: Keep the chalet clean and tidy. Please leave the chalet in the condition you found it.

 

8. Damages: Report any damages or defects immediately to the landlord to enable quick repair.

 

9. Parking: Please use the designated parking spaces and do not block access ways or other cars.

 

10. Guests: Inform the landlord about additional guests who will also be using the chalet. Overcrowding is not allowed.

 

11. Compliance with Rules: Please respect our house rules and local laws to ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests.
